PROGRAM MANAGER (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program Manager will have as main objective to connect and drive the different phases of new product development (NPD) process from the ideation to the commercial launch, ensuring excellence in planning and execution through the life of the initiatives you lead.
The Program Manager will drive also the decision making process and trade-offs among involved functions for project related items and he/she must be able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.

The Role’s Main Responsibilities:

- Generate new product generations to drive higher gross margins and enhanced profitability
- Drive the strategic development of the product portfolio
- Establish initiative goals designed to deliver the business objectives.
- Set up the initiative team for success
- Create and maintain initiative plans to deliver success criteria
- Enable fast and efficient decision making
- Document a base plan to manage scope
- Track progress
- Coach and develop capability within the organization
- Technical assessment and recommendation
- Identify conflicts in terms of resources, timing and financials
- Risk management and contingency planning
- Ensure technical feasibility to meet project scope
- Manage project scope
- Identify opportunities for innovation

JOB PROFILE

- Technical Bachelor's or Master degree with 5+ years’ experience
- Leading, moderating and managing teams
- Strong project management skills and structuring of projects
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Italian mandatory and German is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to convey ideas and opinions to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Collaborate and work effectively with team members from all areas of the business
- Basic knowledge in applied economics
- Cost and quality conscious
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, google applications and strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of relevant technologies
