The Group e-commerce marketing manager asses and recommend to Group CCO & CMO the commercial and marketing strategy associated to e-commerce (D2C & e-retailer/marketplaces) in full consistency with the global strategy for the group.
He manages small-mid markets operatorship and advise large market on ecomm strategy & best practices, leads the e-comm group digital projects, coordinates all activities to deliver the sales targets.

Main Responsabilities:

o Participate in elaborating the e-commerce D2C global strategy and craft its value proposition (price, promo, assortment, services) in coordination with the e-retailer strategy
o Define in collaboration with Global KK Account sales & marketing strategy in correspondence of e-retailers and marketplaces (indirect e-commerce)
o Ensure full consistency between e-commerce actions and global sales and marketing strategy.
o Maximize e-commerce channels performance (direct & indirect) with CRO tools, pricing digital merchandising mgmt, product association (upsell & cross sell), promo design & planning, e-retailer technological platform (i.e Factor A, Xingu, Amedeo, ...)
o Is responsibile for the group brand website UX/UI ensuring the right balance between the brochurware mission of the touch point and revenues objectives, internal cannibalization (B2B off & on-line) should be minimized,
o Collaborate with the rest of the Digital Team on lead acquistion activities such as B2C communication on social networks, performance marketing, affiliation, Mautomation, ….)
o Should ensure and effective and seamless operatorship of the website (sales forecasting, assets availability, payments, product availability and shipment, return, customer care, ...) in collaboration with functional owners (Supply Chain, After Sales, Finance, Brand Comm, ...)
o Set up regular surveys and benchmarks of emerging consumer trenders, competitors activities and refering brands (home improvement) on sales and digital marketing
o Should foster sharing and cross-pollination of best practices and ensure organizational skills readiness throgugh on-gong training & meetings
o Based on the defined strategy should contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the digital stack of the group
o Develop sales with cross-functional teams locals & centrals : logistics, marketing, finance.
o Update reporting tools (KPI’s, Fact Sheets) on a monthly basis.

- Developing the e-commerce channel

o Achieve the sales target (direct or indirect)
o Elaborate specific action plans to achieve the defined goals (sales turnover, margin development)
o Set up the resources (teams, budget, digital tools) to overspread the e-commerce strategy.
o Create and develop teams with required competences to support the channel growth.
o Represent brand on digital and e-commerce topics internally on externally (conferences, workshops, …)


Qualifications, Knowledges:

- Able to lead cross-functional teams with technical skills
- Manage teams and projects carefully
- Work with methodology to achieve sales targets and increase share of e-commerce channel.
- Elaborate actions with organization and full coordination until distribution to customers.
- Own knowledge of commercial laws : data protection, e-commerce local laws specifics.
- Experience e-marketing technics will success (SEO, SEA (Advanced Google Adwords), affiliation, …)
- Curious on innovations in digital marketing and competitors activity
- Propose and create innovation in his area of responsability
