The candidate will:

• Actively participate to the implementation of the Group Commercial Policy in our subsidiaries for all aspects linked to pricing, customers terms and conditions
• Enter all commercial policy aspects in the IT tool
• Support the preparation of main Commercial Policy reviews
• Provide outlier analyses as well as value leakage and exposure risk. Highlight sell-in price inconsistency amongst subsidiaries and international key accounts
• Monitor the subsidiaries sell-in prices, customers’ terms and conditions in force in the various countries, realized triple net prices etc. by producing monthly detailed pricing analytics
• Make some ad-hoc analyses on product ranges, turnover, margins and commercial conditions in place in the various countries as required
• Monitor the sell-out prices of our products and competitors’ products in the markets
• Support roll out of Commercial Policy outside of Europe in case of need
• Help on other team’s activities as needed.


- At least 2 years working experience as a business analyst, junior controller, sales analyst;
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or equivalent, Statistics or equivalent, Engineering;
- MBA will be well regarded;
- Good/Very Good English;
- Italian an advantage, but not strictly necessary;
- Highly numerate, analytical and data driven in approach;
- Advanced Excel skills, a must
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Good Business acumen;
- Inquisitive nature, innovative and proactive;
- Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually;
- Sales Driven, results oriented and focused;
- Organized problem solver, does not give up when confronted with difficult challenges;
- Able to adjust to fast changing business environment;
- Self starter with the ability to organize and manage time and workload;
- Available to travel whenever necessary both in Europe and eventually in the Rest of the World;
- Travel expectation time expected to be up to 25% of working time.
