We are looking for a DRP Analyst (M/F) who will be responsible for Inventory management and exceptional balancing of stock across the European Region to ensure that there is no excess stock which could be utilised elsewhere within the Region.


- Manage the quality of inventory to ensure that the Company stock rotation targets are achieved, whilst maximising the ability to support all sales demand;
- To be a key stakeholder within the overall sales and operations, ensuring that all levels - Subsidiaries and HQ Senior - are aware of any stock shortages or excesses during this process;
- Liaise with Supply Planning Depts on core categories to ensure we are identifying as early as possible potential stock outs and excess stock lines;
- Be responsible for the approval of new P and R SKUs release and for the Cost devaluation Requests coming from the Markets, being the contact reference with the Finance along the whole process;
- Act as a key interface to Supply Planning Depts, EU Demand Teams, HQ Commercial Team and SDO in case of potential stock issues and responsible to deliver the first draft of Stock allocations proposals in case of confirmed stock shortages;
- Make sure that all stock issues are punctually highlighted to the Regional DRP Manager and that they can be part of the Monthly EU Regional S & OP Meetings;
- Release Excess Stock Reports on Current and obsolete lines on monthly basis;
- Analyse and comment the Stock Projection Report on monthly basis in accordance to the agreed dead lines.


- Numerate with strong IT skills especially within SAP and Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of planning multiple locations within a Global Business
- Commercial knowledge
- Strong Analytical Background
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience working with a global brand leader
- Accuracy in meeting dead lines and targets, High problem solving capability, Strong analytical approach and Team Working attitude complete the profile.
