SENIOR SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER - BRAUN -

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer is responsibile for Mignagola's Incoming Inspection for Braun components.
Principles accontabilities are:
Control Plan Improvement and SAP management
Managing Production issues in CM (Contract Manufacturers) site related to type component supplier
Supplier Quality Engineer for consignment material to CMs and support for self purchasing material
FSR/ISIR approval and inspection reports
Carry out Supplier Audits and follow CAPA
OPSI Management for material directed to CMs (IP,IR, measurement datasheet)
On request Inspection of end product Mingagola’s Warehouse
Collaboration with internal and external team members, e.g. PQ, SCM, Purchasing and Suppliers
Contribution to the continuous improvement process of Supplier, products and process
Application and Training of the relevant tools, such as FMEAs, Audits, 8d, 5Why, Ishikawa, determination of Quality Requirement, Risk Assessment, Investigation and prosecution of Corrective Action, etc, along with R&D and Manufacturing Site
Member of international project teams developing new household products in all existing product categories (e.g. food processors, blenders; Steam Irons; Juicers)
Responsible Management of project related in Product Quality Department, such as planning of relevant tests, preparation of prototype and production release, etc.
Managing of the Quality related documents and records of a project
Market Monitoring and Failure Analysis of returned products to identity problem and initiate corrective actions (D-Logistic) and existing range of products

JOB PROFILE

University, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering with good basic knowledge in electronics
Basic know-how in the quality management norm ISO 9001
FMEA – basic
Processauditor, for example according VDA 6.3
Negotiation in the customer/supplier discussion
Leadership of employes
Professional Supplier Management
Very good English language skills, spoken and written; German language skills preferable
Very high level of communication, cooperation and negotiation skills,
Project management skills with focus on all aspects, such as quality, costs and timing
Comprehensive know-how in the area of quality management and the application of standards and tools such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, APQP, FMEA, Risk Analysis; ISO9001, Audits, QFD, MSA, SPC
Solution oriented mindset
Precise workmanship and high quality awareness
Software skills: Excel, WORD, Power Point, SAP, Statics tools (e.g. minitab, CAQ-tools,DOE)
People leadership and development/motivation of people
Experience in error analysis and problem solving
Willingness for international travelling travel (>30%)
