For our Group Digital Team, we are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly known as Hybris) and Customer Data Cloud (formerly known as Gigya) Product Owner, with a combined experience as a Business Analyst and QA Testing. He or She will be supporting on reaching the business objectives through the software lifecycle in a Continuous Delivery model.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Provide support to the Group Digital System Manager on implementing the Digital Strategy at e-commerce and brochureware Brand websites level during the build, roll-out and maintenance (on-going support) phases.
• To gather business requirements from Key stakeholders (Markets, Central Marketing, After Sales, Legal...) designing the future platform enhancements through its Functional specifications identification.
• Manage the SAP Commerce Cloud & Customer Data Cloud backlog and release deployments with our System Integration, he or she will manage the whole UAT process.
• Provide SAP Commerce Cloud & Customer Cloud training and support to all digital teams and other key stakeholders globally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop relationship with partners working with them to optimize and enhance the software platforms.
• Help Company stakeholders with designing, documenting and maintaining the related processes.
• Performs User Acceptance Test and coordinate them with the relevant parties.
• Constantly be on the lookout for the latest Software updates and ways to improve the website monitoring, discover issues and deliver a better value to the internal clients.
• Manage the Company status page and log incidents as soon as they occur.
• Follow the Brand websites country roll-out plan, gathering market needs and defining the training program plan.
• As part of the digital team, contribute to provide the necessary periodic reports.
• Measure System Integrator delivery through KPI definition and SLA monitoring.


Qualificatons & Experience:

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud & / or SAP Customer Data Cloud;
• Previous experience as Bussines / Systems Analyst or Quality Assurance Engineer;
• A degree in IT or Economics;
• Proven experience with defining requirements, managing development including testing;
• Experience on Project Management platforms (preferably Wrike or Jira);
• Organised with the ability to handle multiple projects across multiple teams, globally;
• Be Disciplined with executing the required tasks in the required time;
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and data visualization techniques and tools;
• Basic knowledge with generating process documentation and mapping workflows;
• Fluent Italian and English;

• Experience with a major global brand, with an understanding and confidence working with international teams;
• Working in Agile teams with a continuous delivery model, SCRUM & Kanban;
• Technical skills to include HTML, CSS, JS and knowledge of internet technologies, website architecture and web applications;
• SEO knowledge;
• GA/GTM knowledge.
