The candidate will contribute to the success of the ongoing commercial relationship with designated international customers mainly in the Mass Merchant Channel (Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry and DIY amongst others) and will support Director of International Key Accounts and Commercial Project Leader in other commercial policy initiatives.

The candidate will:
• Negotiate the annual conditions and international premiums with designated customers
• Liaise with the Legal Department for all issues relating to the commercial contract negotiations
• Propose and negotiate the international offers and/or exclusive products for designated customers and work with local subsidiaries to verify sales forecast in support of those activities
• With those customers who have centralised operations, he/she will be required to manage, either partially or in its entirety, the following commercial aspects: local ranges, pricing, margins, national agreements etc, and always in tight cooperation with the sales subsidiaries
• Proactively propose innovative solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness with designated customers
• Work with local subsidiaries to develop action plans for designated customers
• Monitor the subsidiaries sell-in prices in force in the various countries and ask for corrective actions to the sales subsidiaries when required
• Monitor the sell-out prices of our products in the market
• Monitor IT system aimed at sharing commercial information between the HQ and the sales subsidiaries
• Make some ad-hoc analyses on product ranges, turnover, margins and commercial conditions in place in the various countries
• As a possible role evolution, contribute to the development of certain international commercial projects which will be defined in the short to medium period


? At least 8 years working experience in International KAM
? Bachelor Degree in Economics or equivalent. MBA will be well regarded.
? Fluent English
? Italian (regarded)
? French (an advantage)
? Advanced level in Excel and Power Point
? Knowledgeable about commercial contracts
? Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually
? Sales Driven, results oriented and focused
? Confident when dealing with customers: excellent relationship with proven negotiation skills.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills with full understanding of business dynamics
? Organized problem solver, does not give up when confronted with difficult challenges
? Able to adjust to fast changing business environment
