• Define, within the timing foreseen in the New Product Development process and according to the After Sales standards, the spare parts that are relevant to the new products, in cooperation with the central De’Longhi Service (DLS) team
• Update the spare parts list according to the new components phase in-out
• Prepare the disassembly instruction for the new products
• Produce the exploded views (in house or outsourcing), the service manuals and troubles shooting tables
• Produce the technical bulletins
• Provide adequate training as/when required to the group trainers or business service partners
• Act as a communication channel to the quality department and provide feedback to DLS/ headquarter about quality issues management and early warning reports
• Is involved in the technical returns analysis process


• A successfully completed training as a certified technician in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Ideally first job experience as a service technician
• Good PC knowledge, familiar with Office, LN, CAD, SAP and CS Suite
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, high level of English is a must
• Ability to make judgements and decisions on own initiative
• High level of customer orientation
• High empathy, Intercultural competence
• Flexible approach of the job
• Willingness to travel for several days at home and abroad
