LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Laboratory Engineer is wholly responsible for the electronic or electromechanical product control and its components.
Research of electronic and electromechanical components (microprocessor, motor, fan, heating elements), lab test, validation.
Developing the electronic or electromechanical product control and test and validation inside the product.
Safety test of the complete product in cooperation with the certification institutes.
Food contact material test and validation.
He/She will participate at the definition of specific tests in order to approve components / systems and product.
Testing the single component and the whole product.
Cooperating in defining life test and product validation procedures in cooperation with Quality Dept.
Developing function prototype for feasibility study using interface simulation tooling
Proactive on proposing new technical solutions and/or product innovation.
Building inter departmental working relationships.
Liason with internal and external suppliers (providers, consultants, University, center of research).

JOB PROFILE

University Degree in Electronic.
Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in laboratories for product development and validation.
Experienced in C and Assembly for microcontroller and embedded systems is appreciated
Laboratory acquisition data system experience
Knowledge of lab and process simulation tools (LAB VIEW, MATLAB)
