We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent & Acquisition Specialist for the De'Longhi Group.

The position reports to the HR Manager Corporate.

The candidate will manage the Talent Acquisition activities for HQ Departments in order to ensure that the right candidate (or a pool of qualified candidates) is generated within the time fram allocated.
• Organization of the recruitment process from the requirement identification to the final selection, Screening CV's and interviews, management of on boarding process.
• Scouting & suppliers negotiations building long term and reliable partnerships.
• Planning annual recruitment activities according to business resource plans: schedule and attend recruitment events and laise with external suppliers to plan campaigns.
• Collaborate with L&D to organize employer branding University events.
• Co-ordinate resourcing activity in line with business demand: support and advise managers throughout the recruiting process; design advertising strategy/adverts and manage applicant relationship.
• Provide accurate recruitment advice to line managers based on internal policies, employment legislation and local practice agreement.
• Building partnership and working with the HR Generalists in order to develop appropriate talent acquisition and development strategies.
• Maximize the use of professional social networks in order to scout the best candidates and build the social brand image.


Knowledge and experience

- University degree (Master degree in HR is a plus)
- 5 years of relevant working experience in head hunting international companies
- Fluent Italian and English
